We are experimenting with putting Dialogic HMP drivers with VoiceGuide IVR on an Azure IaaS Windows server. It seems to be working fine, but I just learned that the MAC address (and thus the Host ID) is subject to change whenever there is service on the Azure Host. Is it possible to use a Microsoft Loopback Adapter's MAC address as the host ID? It seems as though the Host ID just needs a MAC address off the machine for licensing, but can it use this? Or does it need the MAC address of the active NIC for some reason?
