BSOD DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL dlgcmcd.sys

Hi,

We are great need of any assistance in troubleshooting a BSOD on a newly built server with dialogic PCI cards

System specs:

Server H/W:
Xeon H3-Skt Serverboard ATX, Intel C222,
Intel Xeon E3-1231v3, 3.4/3.8 GHz QuadCore HT, 8MB
8GB Ram (2x4GB DDR3L ECC 1600 MHz 1.35V UDIMM)

Dialogic cards (Pretested for several years)
1x D/600JCT-2E1
1x DI/SI32-2

Software:
OS: Windows 2008 server R2 x64 (fully  updated as of 2015-02-06)
Dialogic System Release 6.0 Update 271

The BSOD has occured very random , between 5-7 days and even efter as long as two weeks running the system realease drivers only, i.e we dont even run the telecom software - just the cards started in the DCM

We have 3 other setups currently running on the same software setup as above (2x Dell Servers, 1 noname system) without any problems - same OS, Same SR 6.0 Same Update 271

The BSOD details are as follows:

4 BSODS, all pointing to dialogic "dlgcmcd.sys" as the culprit (note, same dlgcmcd.sys is used on 3 other fully functioning server setups.)

It seems that its always the same driver, same address range etc for each occurance.

Any help is much appreiciated
