JCT boards and HMP 4.1

Hello,

I am using SR 6.1 LIN with JCT boards on CentOS 7.1.

I'm intending to mix HMP 4.1 on this:
(I am new to HMP)

                   SR6.1                                               HMP 4.1
  PSTN <-> JCT <-inter connect (sc_route?) <-> HMP <-> Internet

In the HMP 4.1 SDK, some header files are the same with SR6.1.
I think that I will overwrite HMP4.1 on SR6.1.

In this case, it seems that the functions of SR6.1 can not be used.

Is it possible to program combining SR6.1 + HMP 4.1?

If no, is there a way to use JCT boards with the HMP?
