Windows Server 2008 and 2012 Compatibility for D/120JCT-LS-Rev2 and D/4PCI-U Boards

I have 4 D/120JCT-LS-Rev2 boards and 1 D/4PCI-U board installed on Windows 2003 servers. If we upgrade the server to Windows Server 2008 or 2012, will the boards be compatible?

If not compatible, which boards are compatible with Windows 2008 and which are compatible with 2012? We are looking for 12-line boards and 4-line boards.
